The flat was beautifully modern with comfortable furnishings, including spacious sofas and beds. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cleaning supplies and linen, although we didn't use them. the location was great, with lovely views over the fields and the sound of birdsong in the morning. there was a pub with outside seating across the road, facing away from the flat towards the sea. the host and cleaning staff were extra helpful when we had to go back to retrieve some valuables we had left behind.
One small downside was that the flat was not obvious to find initially. 🧭.

The location was marvellous and good, about 10 minutes drive to a scenic bay. In fact, the property was just next door to The Oystercatcher pub and restaurant which serves excellent St Austell ales and decent meals, the sea and the hill😀

The beautiful coastal paths and scenic countryside were perfect for family bike rides. It added an extra element of fun and adventure to our stay.
My children wanted a playground or play area near the apartment.

The flat was so close to the beach, we were practically living in the waves. And the views, mate, stunning! Waking up to the sight of the countryside was better than any Instagram filter. Plus, the kitchen had all the gear we needed for our cooking experiments. Top-notch!
The only thing we could've asked for was a banging sound system to keep the party going. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast, but some loud tunes would've taken it to another level.

The value for money at this modern and comfortable flat was excellent. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and spotlessly clean. The location was great, with easy beach access and a quiet setting away from the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us when we forgot some valuables in the flat.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Sea Views: From the moment we stepped onto the balcony, we were completely mesmerized by the breathtaking sea views. It felt like being on the front row of a nature documentary, with the waves crashing and the seagulls soaring, all from the comfort of our own private terrace.
Limited Drying Space: The only minor inconvenience we encountered was the limited space for drying our beach towels and costumes. However, this was easily solved by utilizing the handy drying rack provided outside the property.

I recently stayed at a lovely cosy apartment in a great location. The flat was modern and comfortably furnished, with spacious sofas and beds. It was super clean and very well kept, making it a comfortable and clean place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of cleaning supplies and linen available. The host and cleaning staff were extra helpful when I accidentally left some valuables behind, ensuring they were returned to me. the flat had a nice view of the fields from the bedrooms, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The building was set back from the road, making it quiet, and there was a pub with food just across the road, providing a convenient option for dining. The easy off-road walk to the beach was a definite plus as well.
